Laura Bennett Schwarz serves as Partner and Managing Attorney of Kuiper Law Firm’s Oklahoma City office. In this role, she oversees the firm’s operations across Oklahoma, ensuring that the office upholds Kuiper Law Firm’s standards of excellence, collaboration, and client-focused service.

With nearly two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, Laura brings a strong background in title examination, due diligence, asset management, and complex land and regulatory matters. Her leadership is instrumental in guiding the Oklahoma City team’s work across multiple jurisdictions, supporting operators, landmen, and energy companies with precision and efficiency.

As the Oklahoma City Partner, Laura provides both strategic oversight and hands-on mentorship—bridging the firm’s regional and national operations while maintaining close client relationships. She is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and North Dakota and is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL), active in professional associations including the AAPL, OCAPL, and the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Laura’s deep industry knowledge and commitment to client service make her a cornerstone of Kuiper Law Firm’s presence in Oklahoma and the surrounding region.

Laura Bennett Schwarz has built an accomplished career spanning nearly two decades in the oil and gas industry, combining technical land expertise with legal acumen. Before joining Kuiper Law Firm, she held a variety of leadership and in-house roles, including serving as a Landman, Title Attorney, and Director of Asset Management. These positions allowed her to gain extensive experience managing mineral assets, overseeing due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures, and advising on complex title and regulatory issues across multiple basins.
