Alexander Kuiper is the Managing Partner and Owner of Kuiper Law Firm. In this leadership capacity, he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, business operations, and long-term vision while maintaining an active role in legal practice.

With a hands-on approach, Alexander balances client representation with executive responsibilities. His practice spans corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex legal matters. Under his guidance, the firm maintains its emphasis on delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions.

As Managing Partner, Alexander ensures that policies, procedures, and firm culture align with core values and ethical standards. He leads efforts in business development, talent management, and strategic growth, fostering a collaborative environment that supports both legal excellence and client satisfaction.

Beyond his operational leadership, Alexander remains deeply engaged in key client matters, leveraging his legal expertise to support the firm’s reputation for responsiveness, integrity, and results.

Alexander Kuiper is the Managing Partner of Kuiper Law Firm, PLLC, a firm he founded with the mission of modernizing oil, gas, and energy law while fostering a people-first culture. He began his legal career focusing on oil and gas law, developing deep experience in title examination, mineral rights, regulatory matters, and transactional work across multiple jurisdictions.

In 2012, after earning his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, Alexander practiced with leading energy law firms before establishing Kuiper Law Firm. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to include offices in Houston, Fort Worth, Midland, Denver, and Oklahoma City, with a team of over 50 legal professionals. The firm’s core practice areas include oil and gas law, business law, real estate, renewable energy, commercial litigation, and probate and estate planning.

Alexander served honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 2003 to 2006 and is a service-disabled veteran. His firm is a certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) in Texas, reflecting his commitment to creating opportunities for underrepresented communities.

In addition to his legal practice, Alexander is an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law, where he teaches courses on oil and gas law. He is also a founding board member of the Adam McCauley Family Cancer Foundation and actively participates in pro bono work through the VA Debakey Legal Clinic and the Wounded Warrior Project.

Alexander is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, his commitment to mentorship, and his efforts to advance diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
