With extensive experience in both in-house legal departments and private practice, Annalisa has a proven track record of negotiating complex contracts, developing IP strategies, and enhancing legal compliance frameworks for international corporations, startups, and high-growth companies, ensuring risk mitigation and commercial success. She played a key role in securing legal support contracts for major initiatives, including the Aerospace Cornwall programme and Falmouth University Futures programme. Annalisa is also experienced in supporting UK businesses with international expansion and cross-border commercial agreements. Tania D\'Souza Culora
Tania D’Souza Culora is an intellectual property lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in contentious IP matters. She has a strong focus on brand protection and anti-counterfeiting and has worked with clients across sectors including electronics and technology, fashion and luxury goods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Tania has particular expertise in global anti-counterfeiting strategy. Based in London, Tania is dual qualified in England & Wales and Ontario, Canada. She was a co-founder of boutique IP law firm Seastone before joining Ionic Legal. Previously a partner in the IP group at Gowling WLG, she began her legal career at Baker McKenzie in London and has significant experience working with large national and international brands. Tania has been recognised as a World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) Leader since 2017.
