With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Mirza has represented leading corporations, public sector undertakings, and global technology giants in high-stakes disputes before the Supreme Court, High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and other judicial forums. His practice spans domestic and international arbitration, shareholders’ disputes, construction and infrastructure matters, policy and intermediary liability advisory, and white-collar crime-related issues.
