Specialist in Administrative Regulatory and Contentious Law, representing mining companies mainly in matters related to federal authorities such as General Mining Bureau, Public Mining Registry, SAT, INFONAVIT, IMSS, CONAGUA, Energy Regulatory Commission; as well as at state level such as the Urban Development and Ecology Ministry.
