Career
Isabela has extensive experience in preparing strategic legal analyses focused on the implementation of energy transition and decarbonization projects. Her work encompasses regulatory compliance and risk management within both voluntary and regulated carbon markets. She offers legal support to enable projects for geological carbon capture and storage, as well as low-emission fuels, with a focus on initiatives related to Green Diesel, SAF (Sustainable Agricultural Systems), Biomethane, and Hydrogen.
Over the past 10 years, Isabela has played an active role in shaping Brazilian policies and regulation, aiming to create an environment conducive to accelerating the energy transition. Currently, a significant part of her practice is dedicated to strategic government relations, focusing on strengthening decarbonization policies, especially in the context of the energy transition and Carbon Markets.
