Manuel Mühlestein has been a partner at ws&p since 2025. His main areas of expertise are inheritance law, contract and corporate law. He primarily advises on matters of estate planning and execution, as well as contract drafting and enforcement, in particular rental and employment contracts. Due to his previous work as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich and as an attorney in the litigation team of a leading business law firm, he has extensive experience in civil procedure and in debt collection and bankruptcy law. He acts in an advisory and litigating capacity and also as an executor.
