Operations Team

Andy is the founder and Executive Director of Practico.

He brings deep experience in costs litigation and ADR and is actively involved in supporting clients at a strategic level, particularly on high-value and sensitive matters, ensuring that advice is aligned with wider litigation and commercial objectives.

His recent work includes acting for multiple defendant law firms and legal departments representing the ADR Defendants in the Grenfell Tower Litigation, advising Mishcon de Reya and the Federal Republic of Nigeria in one of the most significant commercial disputes in UK legal history, and providing independent costs advice in a collective action brought by Bulk Mail Claims Limited against Royal Mail.
