Francesca is a Director of Practico and is regularly involved in some of the firm’s most significant undertakings.

She is widely recognised for her expert handling of complex costs claims arising out of group, commercial and media litigation. Her highly active practice includes playing a key role in the Pan NOx Emissions Litigation, as well as advising RPC on a high-profile costs dispute arising from litigation brought by the Duke of Sussex.

Francesca also led on strategy and was responsible for advising on the £36 billion mass tort claim, one of the largest claims in English legal history, which arises from the 2015 Fundão dam collapse in Brazil.
