Legal Associate

Malda Shkodra is a Legal Associate at Lex Business, having progressed from intern to a valued member of the firm’s legal support team. She is currently completing her legal studies and provides support across various practice areas, with a focus on enforcement procedures, labor law, and corporate services.

Malda actively assists attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and procedural filings, particularly in employment and debt enforcement cases. She is also involved in business registration processes and handles corporate changes before relevant public institutions, supporting clients in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.

Malda gained valuable international exposure through the Work and Travel program in the United States, where she lived and worked for over three months. This experience enhanced her adaptability, cross-cultural communication skills, and work ethic—qualities she brings to her role in supporting clients and attorneys across various practice areas.
