Hayja’a Abu Al Hayja’a is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Division at Al Khair Legal Attorneys, bringing over 17 years of experience in commercial law, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. She advises clients on complex legal issues spanning corporate structuring, IP litigation, employment disputes, and commercial agency claims.

Before joining Al Khair, she served as Legal Executive Director at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Legal, where she represented both international and domestic clients in over 80 litigation cases. She has extensive experience in drafting lawsuit statements, appeals, settlement agreements, and legal opinions, particularly in trademark and patent disputes.

Hayja’a is a court-accredited expert in intellectual property and compensation claims. She regularly advises clients on corporate compliance, licensing, and commercial transactions and is known for her strategic litigation skills and negotiation expertise.
