Career
Marco focuses primarily on white-collar crime, with particular emphasis on corporate criminal law, tax criminal law, banking criminal law, environmental criminal law, and construction-related criminal offences.
He serves as Co-Head of the Criminal Law Department, alongside the Firm’s Founder. In recent years, he has also gained extensive experience in the field of corporate administrative liability under Legislative Decree 231/2001, both in litigation and advisory contexts. His work includes the drafting and implementation of Organisational, Management and Control Models, and he frequently serves as member of Supervisory Bodies for major Italian and multinational companies.
Marco regularly publishes legal updates and case law commentaries for Norme & Tributi Plus Diritto, the legal portal of Il Sole 24 Ore.
