Career
Marco Dallavalle, attorney-at-law, provides litigation and advisory services to companies in the fields of food law, environmental law, and occupational health and safety (Legislative Decree 81/08). He also assists clients with the implementation and application of regulations concerning the administrative liability of legal entities (Legislative Decree 231/01) and the drafting and structuring of delegation of authority frameworks within corporate settings.
In 2022, he joined Studio Legale Ventimiglia, following his experience as a founding partner of one of the leading law firms in Italy specializing in food law.
He has authored numerous articles on food law published in legal and industry journals. He wrote the introduction to the entry “Food” in the Environmental Code by Stefano Maglia and Maurizio Santoloci, and co-authored with them the “Code of Food and Beverages”, both published by La Tribuna – Piacenza.
As a lecturer, he has taught courses on food law targeted at industry professionals at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, University of Milan, and has delivered corporate training sessions.
He is also a frequent speaker at conferences on food law organized by public institutions and industry organizations.
