Career

Fabrizio Ventimiglia has over a decade of professional experience assisting both domestic and international clients.

He provides legal advice and representation in criminal proceedings involving corporate crimes, bankruptcy offences, tax crimes, environmental and construction offences, cybercrime, crimes against public administration, personal crimes, health and safety violations, and in matters concerning the administrative liability of legal entities.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous high-profile criminal cases, including some of the most significant white-collar crime investigations and trials held in Italy.

He has also developed deep expertise in corporate compliance matters, particularly with regard to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (corporate administrative liability), GDPR compliance, anti-money laundering regulations, and legal support for companies seeking to obtain a legality rating.

Fabrizio is, also, a legal expert for the Criminal Law and Corporate Administrative Liability Observatories (Legislative Decree No. 231/2001) on the Norme & Tributi Plus Diritto legal portal of Il Sole 24 Ore.

He is President of Centro Studi Borgogna, a legal think tank he founded in 2017 with the aim of promoting the study of law from an interdisciplinary perspective, fostering dialogue among lawyers, judges, businesses, public authorities, and civil society representatives.

In 2020, he established Borgogna | The House of Mind, an international network of professionals designed to meet the needs of an increasingly connected global clientele, through the use of innovative and technological tools applied not only to legal consultancy, but more broadly to global thinking and future-oriented strategies.

In 2017, he also founded the cultural association Agorà Borgogna, where he currently serves as CEO & Director.

Education

Fabrizio graduated in Law from the University of Palermo in 2001 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2004.
