Nicolas Béguin advises and represents clients mainly in banking, financial markets and corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions. He also acts as counsel in banking and corporate disputes. Nicolas Béguin is a member of the board of directors of the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF Europe). He is a member of the Geneva Bar Examination Commission, the Geneva Bar Civil Law Commission and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA). He also lectures at the CAS Compliance in Financial Services.

Aurélien Flückiger advises mainly individuals in relation to their personal taxation, but also legal entities. Having decided to focus his practice on taxation over the past ten years, he has developed first-rate theoretical and practical skills, particularly in relation to complex situations. He has particular expertise in wealth and estate planning issues – both tax and civil –, real estate issues (acquisition, structuring of ownership and financing, real estate transactions and trading) and those related to the relationship between entrepreneurs and their businesses/companies (asset restructuring, acquisition and sale of companies, reorganization, successions). He also advises his clients on the various tax and administrative procedures related to the transfer of residence (lump-sum or ordinary taxation, real estate acquisition, procedures related to the employment of personnel, advice on social insurance and residence permits). Finally, Aurélien Flückiger is regularly involved in assisting and representing his clients in proceedings, essentially administrative (contentious or not) and administrative criminal law, before the various authorities and jurisdictions, both federal and cantonal.

Joseph Merhai is specialized in corporate tax law, international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as in strategy and transfer pricing. He represents individuals and companies in tax law and tax criminal law matters. He has extensive experience in banking tax law, as well as in the taxation of investment structures (collective investment schemes and wealth structures) and commodity trading companies. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors of several companies. He is ranked in Chambers Global (tax), Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.

Thomas Pasquier

Thomas Pasquier is specialized in all areas of Swiss and international tax law. His expertise includes tax advice for investment funds and businesses at all stages of their development (incorporation, financing rounds, management buy-outs, exits, and restructurings). He advises entrepreneurs and private clients on all their tax matters (relocation to Switzerland, philanthropic activities, real estate investments, business transfers, as well as estate and succession planning). Thomas Pasquier also represents his clients in tax proceedings (contentious or non-contentious) before administrative authorities and courts, both at the cantonal and federal levels.

Prof. Alexandre Richa advises and represents clients mainly in banking, financial markets and corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions. He represents clients before courts, the FINMA and other authorities, notably in international litigation. He is also active in the fields of data protection, trade secrets and new technologies law. He has been ranked for several years in Chambers Global (Banking & Finance, Switzerland), Chambers Europe (Banking & Finance and Regulatory, Switzerland), and Best Lawyers in Switzerland (Banking & Finance, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Practice), which named him ‘Lawyer of the Year’ in the Regulatory Practice category for both 2024 and 2026. Prof. Alexandre Richa is also an associate Professor at the University of Lausanne, HEC Lausanne. He teaches financial market law, corporate law and M&A transactions.
