Senior Associate

Serhat is a Senior Associate at Pelister Keki Sarac & Co, advising local and international clients across a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters. Serhat has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial contracts across various markets and jurisdictions, including SaaS and licensing agreements, B2B service arrangements and manufacturing supply contracts. His corporate work covers shareholder and investment agreements, corporate secretarial and restructurings, corporate governance matters, insolvency and liquidation. In addition to his transactional work, Serhat advises clients on commercial disputes and pre-litigation strategy.

Before joining Pelister Keki Sarac & Co, Serhat began his career at top-tier law firms in Istanbul, where he gained hands-on experience in corporate transactions and commercial litigation before Turkish courts. He later worked as a Visiting Lawyer at a global law firm in London, focusing on international arbitration and commercial disputes. Following this, he served as in-house Legal Counsel at a London-based fintech group, advising on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, including sectoral contracts, licensing projects across the UK and EU, corporate policy development and product compliance.
