A graduate of the Faculties of Law of the French University Foundation in Armenia and Jean Moulin University Lyon 3, Spartak subsequently completed his Master’s degree at the Faculties of Law of the International Scientific and Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia and Yerevan State University.

He is also a graduate of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University.

His professional experience includes work at Poghosyan Legal Consulting LLC and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2021, he has rejoined the team of Poghosyan Legal Consulting LLC.

Spartak’s practice focuses on administrative law, property law, urban planning, and contractual matters.
