Boutique firm Croon Huith advocaten B.V. focuses on construction and procurement law and advises a large number of public and semi-public sector clients such as municipalities and provinces on their construction projects. The team litigates on behalf of its clients before civil courts, the Arbitration Board for the Building Industry, and the Netherlands Arbitration disputes on construction related issues. Additionally, the firm is often involved in issues regarding the sale of government owned land as well as onshore and offshore infrastructure projects. Construction specialists Birgit Le Haen-de Croon and Georg Huith co-head the practice. Louisa Engels and Rikkert Pilaar are key team members.
