Senior Lawyer

Giselle is a specialist in corporate and private law, with a strong track record in corporate, commercial, civil, and family law matters. Her practice encompasses the design and implementation of corporate structures, advising on corporate reorganizations, and resolving disputes in the private law sphere. She is committed to delivering innovative legal solutions and building strong, trust-based client relationships, ensuring effective and timely counsel at every stage of the process. Giselle is also active in academia, serving as Academic Coordinator for the Master's programs in Constitutional Law and Guarantee of Fundamental Rights, Criminology, and Corporate Law at the Distance Learning Studies Office of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), in addition to her role as a full-time professor at the PUCMM School of Law, Santiago campus.

Giselle holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy, as well as an LL.M. in Roman Legal Systems, Unification of Law, and Integration Law from the same institution. She also holds an LL.M. in Corporate Business Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). She earned her LL.B., Magna Cum Laude, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
