Senior Lawyer

Félix has extensive experience in the judicial, arbitral, and alternative resolution of commercial and civil law disputes, as well as in advising on and structuring commercial contracts. A highly versatile practitioner with deep knowledge across multiple areas of law, he is particularly skilled in handling complex, high-stakes matters that require a multidisciplinary approach. His practice spans constitutional law, administrative law, and civil and commercial litigation. He is also a member of the faculty at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santo Domingo campus, where he teaches Commercial Contracts.

Félix holds an LL.M. in Private Law from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain, and an LL.M. in the Law of Obligations from a joint program between the Université de Savoie (Chambéry), Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II), and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). He also holds postgraduate degrees in Civil Liability Law from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Spain; International Commercial Arbitration from American University Washington College of Law, United States; International and Financial Business Contracts from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Spain; and Industrial Property from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. He earned his LL.B., Summa Cum Laude, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
