Benjamín is a distinguished practitioner specializing in civil procedure, real estate foreclosure, and successions and estates. He brings a unique judicial perspective to his practice, having previously served as a Judge of the First Chamber of the Civil and Commercial Court of First Instance of the Judicial District of Santiago, as well as a Judge of the Superior Land Court for the Eastern Department. He is also the author of several books and numerous articles published in national circulation media, and is a member of the faculty of the Department of Legal Sciences at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santiago campus.

Benjamín holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and the Universidad Externado de Colombia, an LL.M. in International and Business Law from PUCMM, and a postgraduate degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from PUCMM and the Université de Savoie, France. He earned his LL.B. from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
