With nearly two decades of experience, she specializes in corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance, advising domestic and multinational companies and foreign investors on corporate structuring, reorganizations, corporate governance, estate planning, and international business, with notable work in the tourism, energy, real estate, and infrastructure sectors, as well as in intellectual property and trademark protection.

She holds an LL.M. in Business Law from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas), jointly with Universidad de Deusto and ESADE, an LL.M. in Administrative Law and Municipal Management from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, and a Magna Cum Laude LL.B. from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, complemented by a Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) accreditation and further training in corporate taxation, M&A, and anti-money laundering.
