With over 20 years of experience, Guillermo combines deep institutional knowledge with a strategic, results-driven approach, making him a sought-after advisor for domestic and international clients alike.

Guillermo's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, international business, and commercial arbitration. He has advised on some of the most significant infrastructure and development projects in the Dominican Republic, spanning the energy, tourism, banking, mining, and airport sectors, among others. His work has supported large-scale initiatives that have generated thousands of jobs and delivered lasting economic impact for Dominican communities, reflecting his role as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex commercial and cross-border matters.

Guillermo holds an LL.M. in Corporate Business Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), and an LL.M. in Comparative and International Business Law, jointly awarded by Université de Savoie (Chambéry), Université Pierre Mendès France (Grenoble II), and PUCMM.

He earned his LL.B. from PUCMM and further strengthened his executive and strategic training through the Management for Lawyers Program at Yale University and the Managing Innovation Strategies Program at Babson College.
