With over 30 years’ experience practising law, Arthur specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, banking law, corporate restructuring and corporate insolvency. He has acted on acquisitions in a variety of sectors including pharmaceuticals, hi-tech, IT, oil and gas, financial services, media, retail and hospitality.
Arthur is experienced in cross-border transactions and has developed a vibrant international practice. He has acted for a number of brand-name English, American, Japanese and Indian companies.
Arthur is currently a senior solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales and a practising Notary Public in England and Wales. He joined Carter Bond Solicitors in 2022 as a consultant solicitor.
