Trusts, Wills and Estates

We help individuals, families and business owners protect their wealth and plan for the future. Our advice covers wills, succession and estate planning, the establishment of trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate and intestacy, the setting up of charities and applications to the Court of Protection. We take a proactive approach to structuring affairs tax-efficiently, both during a client's lifetime and in the administration of an estate.

Property and Secured Lending

Property: We act on commercial and residential property transactions, including commercial conveyancing and leasing, lease extensions and residential conveyancing. We work with private investors, pension funds, developers, retail and leisure operators, and clients across the UK and internationally. Our team is accredited under the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme and brings a commercial perspective to every transaction.

Secured Lending: We provide bespoke commercial lending advice, covering residential loans, development loans, commercial property loans, portfolio loans and bridging loans.
