Preea advises a variety of clients on the full range of corporate transactions including private company acquisitions and disposals, company restructuring, management buy-ins and buy-outs, and the sale and purchase of business assets. She particularly specialises in acting for healthcare professionals on dental and pharmacy-related transactions.

Preea trained at a Yorkshire law firm specialising in healthcare. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and joined Carter Bond in 2022.
