Lena has a broad real estate practice advising on a range of commercial property transactions from acquisitions and disposals to leases and asset management work.

Her experience includes acting for both landlords and tenants (single properties, shopping centres and multi-let schemes); acquisitions and disposals of commercial property including anti-embarrassment and overage provisions, and commercial development transactions, advising on conditional agreements for lease and site assembly work.

Lena trained and qualified at Freeths Solicitors (formerly Kimbells LLP). She then joined the Real Estate team at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where she acted for a number of developers, investors and multinational retailers on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including high value purchases, sales, corporate acquisitions and landlord and tenant transactions. Lena joined Carter Bond in 2018.
