Hammad has niche experience in healthcare-related transactions, acting on pharmacy, dental practice and nursery sales and acquisitions. He has acted for a range of clients including start-ups, SMEs, high net-worth investors and multinational organisations.

Hammad is well-versed in a variety of commercial contracts and has a particular interest in helping start-ups reach their funding goals and advising them on the legal side of their business operations.

Hammad trained at Strand-based Saracens Solicitors and qualified as a solicitor in 2017. He joined Carter Bond in June 2020.
