Francesca is a skilled employment law specialist who advises both employers and employees on the full spectrum of workplace matters.
Francesca has a well-earned reputation for providing clear, strategic, pragmatic and commercial advice to clients ranging from individuals to SMEs and some major PLCs.
Francesca regularly advises on employee exits and settlement agreements, as well as grievance and disciplinary processes, sickness absence, performance management and redundancy and restructures. She also has substantial tribunal experience having both prosecuted and defended numerous claims for unfair and/or wrongful dismissal, as well as cases involving various types of discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
Francesca also works closely with our corporate team on transactions including asset or share sales/purchases and deals with the full gambit of employment related issues that arise including essential due diligence, and TUPE.
Francesca qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined Morr & Co as a Senior Associate in May 2018. Prior to joining Morr & Co, Francesca worked at a leading Surrey based law firm. Francesca is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Exit following disciplinary and grievance processes
Negotiating a substantial exit package for an individual employed by a local authority following long running disciplinary and grievance processes which included significant whistleblowing related allegations.
Exit of a senior employee
Assisting an employer in managing the exit of a very senior and long-standing employee, director and shareholder against a backdrop of a total breakdown of the relationship between the individual and the wider board members.
Support with sale of 100 employee business
Working closely with the Corporate Team to support our client with the employment aspects of a multimillion-pound share sale involving over 100 employees.
Support for large corporate on various issues
Advising the HR Team of a national company with over 1000 employees with often complex employment queries and employment tribunal claims, grievances, disciplinary matters and the negotiation of agreed exits.
