Successfully negotiating a substantial financial settlement involving international properties, complex trust structures, and business assets, working alongside forensic accountants and tax specialists
Family business prenuptial agreement
Acting for a client in the preparation of a complex prenuptial agreement involving family business interests, inherited wealth and international assets
Unmarried property rights
Representing unmarried clients in property disputes, securing beneficial interest in property through constructive trust and proprietary estoppel claims
