Position

Natalie is a highly experienced private client solicitor who specialises in advising on complex domestic and international estates.
As a partner in the Private Client team, Natalie’s practice encompasses the creation and administration of Trusts, complex estate administration and powers of attorney.

With expertise gained since her call to the Bar in 2008, she handles complex domestic and international estates, focusing particularly on inheritance tax mitigation and lasting powers of attorney.

Having cross-qualified as a solicitor in 2010, Natalie brings a unique perspective to private client matters. She takes pride in supporting clients and their families through sensitive legal processes, combining technical expertise with genuine care.

As a former Head of Private Client at a central London firm, Natalie particularly excels in handling high-net-worth estates involving cross-border issues, property portfolios, and challenging family dynamics.

Estate planning for UHNW client

Advising a Ultra High Net Worth client on estate planning, including significant lifetime gifting to ensure their estate was protected from challenges whilst also working with other professional advisors on IHT planning

Complex dual estate administration

Assisting executors on the administration of two estates affected by deaths in quick succession. The complex estates consist of strained family relationships which we manage, numerous artifacts, a timeshare and assets benefit from business property relief.

Estate planning for elderly HNWI

Complex estate and wealth planning for a High Net Worth elderly client, ensuring his £10-£15 million estates in both England and France will be distributed according to his wishes and will be protected from any future adverse claims

Wealth planning for a £25 million estate

Wealth planning and protection of assets advice, including succession planning regarding a business and how best to protect a long-term partner and children. Additional advice on lifetime gifting, discretionary trusts and life interest trusts provided
