Emanuele Breggia
Emanuele Breggia focuses his practice on domestic and international litigation and arbitration. In particular, he represents and assists Italian and foreign clients in proceedings before the Italian Courts as well as in arbitration. He also serves as arbitrator. He is involved in multi-jurisdiction complex disputes.
He specialises in disputes concerning company law, M&A transactions (such as pre- and post-closing litigation and Shareholders’ Agreements), joint ventures, commercial contracts, IP and competition, banking, finance, insurance litigation, succession disputes. He regularly advises clients on the same matters.
