Attorney Stephan Horster advises and defends clients in all areas of criminal law, especially commercial criminal law and criminal tax law. He has extensive forensic experience gained in numerous large and structural investigations and proceedings before courts throughout Germany.

Further focus areas of his work are the defence of companies in fine proceedings and the rules of professional practice, especially for attorneys. As part of his postgraduate legal clerkship for the Second State Law Examination, Stephan Horster has worked as instructor for the Munich Bar Association.

After his studies at Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität, Munich, Stephan Horster has focused exclusively on criminal law since the commencement of his professional activities in 2010. In 2014, he obtained the title “Certified Specialist in Criminal Law”.
