Segev LLP is a team built on mutual respect. The firm's values state that everyone on the team is respected equally, regardless of role, and articling students describe being treated as equals by the firm's lawyers and partners.

The firm's lawyers and staff work in nine languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Punjabi, Korean, Romanian, Spanish, and French. This range of languages and backgrounds helps the firm understand and serve clients across Canada and internationally.

Growth looks different for everyone, so the firm helps its lawyers, staff, and articling students identify their goals and find opportunities to achieve them, with mentorship from senior lawyers.

Segev LLP also works to build community inside and outside of the firm. Its affiliations include Global Gaming Women, an organization that supports women in the gaming industry.
