Versant Avocat was created in 2018 - with the conviction that premium expertise from “niche” employment law firms should not be accessible to big size companies and groups only but could be made available to new or smaller enterprises that are keen to take into perspective the requirements and opportunities of modern employment law into their development.

Six years later, this idea has proven true since the clientele of the firm is composed companies of all sizes, from newly created companies or small branch of international groups to listed companies and international groups that rely on Versant avocats' strategic expertise.

The aim of the firm is to develop the closest possible relationship with decision-makers on their employment law issues to become the first person to be called or consulted by the client when a new or complex matter arises.

The approach is to introduce the legal challenges of any matter at hand in a comprehensive way and to always present pragmatic ways of actions that consider our background knowledge of the activity and constraints of the client.

With now a team of 15+ lawyers including 7 partners (Maxime Aunos, Benjamin Durocher, Guillaume Charent, Emilie Dutrain, Alix Frileux, Nicolas Pottier and Louise Thiébaut), the firm is able to put together a team for specific project of any size and can dedicate more than one partner for a variety of projects.
