Peter has extensive experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, on a broad range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, structured growth investments, dispositions, special situations transactions and joint ventures. He also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.

He also sits on the Board of Trustees of All for Kids and on the Advisory Council of the Independent School Alliance, and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
