Associate

Zeynep Deniz Çınar is an Associate at the firm and is based in Istanbul, Turkiye. Her practice focuses on international construction projects, commercial disputes, and arbitration. She is involved in domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings and pursues litigation in the fields of labour law, commercial law and enforcement law.

Tender reviews for an Italian construction company in various countries including Lesotho and Saudi Arabia. 

Preparation of the DD report before the merger and acquisition 

Experience on the operation and management of contracts in matters of construction law. 

Preparing various legal documents for pre and post arbitral procedures 

Ensuring international inter-branch coordination and compliance with internal regulations and procedures for a foreign construction company. 

Follow-up of arbitration cases to be resolved in local arbitration centres 

Pursues litigation in the fields of labour law, commercial law and enforcement law.

Member of counsel team of Turkish investors for their claims against State of Libya under two investment treaties.  

Member of counsel team of an Italian company in its dispute against the Client in relation with a PPP based Hospital Project in Ankara, Turkey 

Member of counsel team of a Turkish/Italian JV Contractor in its dispute against the Employer in relation with Haliç Metro Crossing Bridge of İstanbul Metro Project in Istanbul,Turkey

She obtained her law degree, followed by a master’s degree in International Commercial Law at Université de Bourgogne (Dijon). She completed the equivalency process of her law degree in Turkiye at Galatasaray University, Faculty of Law.
