Jerome brings over three decades of experience as a Registered U.S. Patent Attorney, specializing in global patent portfolio management, patent application drafting, and IP transactions including US patent litigation support and patent monetization.

Jerome has an extensive background in high-technology fields, including software, cybersecurity, AI, semiconductors, medical devices, robotics and telecommunications.

He has represented leading multinational corporations such as NVIDIA, Microsoft, Checkpoint Software, Johnson & Johnson, Tokyo Electron, Sumitomo and LG Energy Solutions, drafting and prosecuting more than 400 U.S. and foreign patent applications.

His career includes roles as Chief IP Counsel at Adknowledge, Inc., where he built the company’s patent and trademark portfolio from its inception, and as a senior attorney at prominent law firms in the United States, Israel, and Korea.

Jerome holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University, where he received the Harold Benedict Gotaas Undergraduate Research Award. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. In addition, he completed coursework for an M.S. in Microbiology at Thomas Jefferson University. He is a Registered U.S. patent attorney and a member of multiple state bars, including Illinois, Minnesota, and Kansas.

Jerome has lectured extensively on patent strategies and U.S. patent practice across Israel, Europe, Asia, and the United States. He is semi-fluent in German and has a working knowledge of Hebrew.
