Herzog Patents

In October 2022, CDS and Luthi & Co. formed the CDS-LUTHI Intellectual Property Group, with CDS serving as the Group's IP procurement arm and Luthi & Co. serving as its IP litigation arm. Luthi & Co. was founded by Adv.
