In September 2025, CDS-LUTHI entered a strategic partnership with Herzog Fox & Neeman ("HFN"), one of Israel’s largest law firms to establish “Herzog Patents”. Under this alliance, Luthi & Co., handles all Patent litigation of HFN, while CDS handles all patent prosecution cases of HFN.
