Jennifer Gibson

Jennifer studied law at the University of East Anglia and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (University of Law) in Birmingham. After qualifying at a firm in Manchester, she spent 13 years working at a reputable firm in Shropshire before joining Aaron and Partners in June 2022 as an Associate Solicitor. Now a Senior Associate Solicitor at the firm, Jennifer has extensive experience in advising employer clients on a range of Human Resources issues including disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management, employment status, contracts and handbooks, restrictive covenants and reorganisations, Jennifer has also acted for employees and employers in the employment tribunals, conducting her own advocacy.

Costas Nicolaou

Costas is a Senior Associate Solicitor within our Dispute Resolution team and has built a reputation for his pragmatic approach and commitment to securing optimal outcomes for his clients. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2009 from a prominent Liverpool law firm, Costas went on to work at another firm in Liverpool before joining Aaron & Partners in July 2022 as a Senior Associate Solicitor, contributing his wealth of experience to the team. Costas's legal acumen spans a broad spectrum, catering to individuals and businesses alike. His skill lies in navigating complex disputes, with a focus on Commercial, Contract, Professional Negligence, Insurance, Consumer, and Property Transaction Disputes. Notably, he's also expanding Aarons' Regulatory Transport Practice. His clientele ranges from local entities to international businesses, reflecting his versatility in handling legal matters across borders. Costas' future endeavours revolve around continuing to serve both individuals and businesses, leveraging his extensive knowledge and global outlook. Eleanor Piddock

Eleanor Piddock

Eleanor is a dedicated Collaborative Practitioner and handles a wide range of Family Law matters, including Children and Financial issues. She has a track record of handling Financial Remedy proceedings, including complex farming divorces and high net worth cases, as well as settling financial remedy matters outside of court. She deals with separation agreements for unmarried couples, cohabitation agreements and pre-nuptial agreements. Eleanor also handles Children Act proceedings as well as working hard to help parents resolve children disputes outside of court where possible. Eleanor represents a variety of private clients, including high net worth individuals, and is fully committed to understanding her clients' unique needs and tailoring her advice and solutions accordingly. She takes pride in being a friendly and approachable solicitor who brings a caring and empathetic touch to every case and matter.
