With more than 19 years of experience spanning private practice and senior in-house legal leadership, Ahmed is a lawyer registered before the Court of Appeal. At Al Sanea Law, he advises corporations, investors, boards and senior executives on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, joint ventures, PPP projects, major projects, complex contracts, governance, compliance and regulatory matters across Kuwait and the wider GCC.
Before joining Al Sanea Law, Ahmed held senior in-house positions, including Group Chief Legal Officer, Compliance Manager and Board Secretary. His dual in-house and private-practice perspective gives him first-hand insight into board dynamics, strategic decision-making, governance and enterprise risk management. He translates complex legal and regulatory challenges into clear, commercially workable strategies that protect corporate value, facilitate investment and support sustainable business growth.
