Abdulmohsen Al Sanea is a Kuwaiti lawyer with more than a decade of practical legal experience. He joined Dr. Yaqoub Al Sanea & Partners in 2019, having previously practised with Riyad Abdulmohsen Al Sanea Law Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kuwait International Law School, where he studied law in both Arabic and English, and is registered with the Kuwait Bar Association.

Abdulmohsen represents clients before the Kuwaiti courts in a broad range of commercial, civil, administrative, criminal, employment and personal status disputes. He has particular experience in construction claims, debt recovery, inheritance-related corporate disputes and matters arising from financial distress. His restructuring and insolvency work includes preventive settlement applications, corporate reorganisations, bankruptcy filings and related court proceedings.

His practice also encompasses institutional and ad hoc arbitration, negotiated settlements and appearances before governmental, judicial and private investigation committees. On the advisory side, Abdulmohsen assists clients with company formation, commercial agencies, employment matters and the drafting, review and negotiation of insurance, franchise, construction, corporate and electronic contracts. He also advises technology-driven businesses on the legal structuring of digital platforms, including their terms and conditions, registration requirements and legal protection mechanisms.

Abdulmohsen serves on the boards of the Kuwait Institute of Law and Legal Studies and the Kuwait Bar Association’s Arbitration Centre. He is also a member of the Disciplinary Appeals Committee of Al-Arabi Sporting Club.
