Abdulmohsen Yaqoub Al Sanea is a Kuwaiti lawyer whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, transactions, regulatory compliance and technology-driven businesses.

He advises companies operating across the banking, technology, retail, e-commerce and digital-platform sectors on commercial agreements, corporate matters and the application of Kuwaiti law to their operations.
