Ms. Rosario Frers is an Associate at PASBBA Abogados and a key member of the firm’s Litigation Department. With more than ten years of professional experience, she manages a portfolio of complex civil and commercial litigation cases, working closely with the firm’s partners and providing strategic, results-oriented advice.

Her practice focuses on civil and commercial disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, tort law, and family and succession matters. Known for her precision, analytical approach, and strong legal writing skills, she produces clear and persuasive judicial submissions that add substantial value to the firm’s litigation practice.

Rosario also contributes to the professional development of younger lawyers through mentoring and training, promoting collaboration and excellence within the team. She continuously expands her legal knowledge through advanced academic training, including postgraduate studies in artificial intelligence and a Master’s Degree in Civil and Commercial Law currently in progress.

She earned her Law Degree from Universidad Austral in 2012 and is admitted to the Bar Association of the Federal Capital (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
