Mr. Pablo Alejandro Pirovano is a founding partner at PASBBA Abogados and plays a leading role in consolidating the firm as a benchmark in corporate and commercial law in Argentina. With more than three decades of professional experience, he advises corporations and individuals on complex business law matters, including corporate conflicts, civil and commercial contracts, bankruptcy and restructuring, real estate, torts, civil and commercial procedure, administrative litigation, arbitration, and family and succession law.

He began his career at major Argentine law firms and later co-founded ASB Abogados (2007) and P&BA Abogados (2015), which merged in 2022 to form PASBBA. His approach combines a deep understanding of clients’ business needs with strategic legal reasoning, allowing him to deliver efficient and tailored solutions in high-stakes matters.

Pablo holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from ESEADE (1993) and a Law Degree from the University of Buenos Aires (1991). He serves as President of the Foro de Estudios sobre la Administración de Justicia (FORES) and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Business Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CEMA), where he also acts as an arbitrator and mediator. He is likewise a member of the Argentine Committee for National and Transnational Arbitration (CARAT).

An active academic and thought leader, he has published more than 80 articles in leading legal journals such as La Ley and El Derecho, and in media including Abogados.com.ar, ACDE, La Nación, Clarín, and Infobae Profesional. He is co-author of several books on ethics, arbitration, and corporate law. His extensive experience in arbitration and mediation provides him with a unique perspective on dispute resolution, and he actively promotes innovation, ethics, and continuous improvement within the legal profession.
