Mr. Alejandro Martín Losito is a partner at PASBBA Abogados, where he focuses his practice on Business and Labour Law. With more than 10 years of professional experience, he advises national and international companies on labour, commercial, and administrative matters, with particular expertise in both individual and collective labour law.

Throughout his career, he has counselled clients from diverse industries — including services, finance, construction, technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, metalworking, sanitation, and television media — handling complex judicial and extrajudicial matters in the labour and employment field.

Alejandro began his professional development at ASB Abogados, a firm that later merged with Pirovano & Bello Abogados to form PASBBA. After eight years of practice, he was appointed partner in recognition of his professional performance, client trust, and contribution to the consolidation of the firm’s Labour and Employment practice.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Argentine Business University (UADE), where his thesis is currently in preparation.
