Mr. Lucas José Battiston is a Partner at PASBBA Abogados and co-leads the Labour and Employment Law practice. With nearly twenty years of professional experience, he has developed his career exclusively in labour law, advising both national and international companies, as well as individuals, on all aspects of individual and collective labour relations.

He provides comprehensive legal counsel on employment matters, including preventive advice, collective bargaining, compensation and benefits, compliance with labour regulations, and dispute resolution. Lucas also manages an extensive litigation portfolio, overseeing more than 1,300 active cases before labour courts across Argentina.

Prior to becoming a partner more than ten years ago, he began his professional career at PASBBA, where he has been instrumental in consolidating the firm’s Labour and Employment practice into one of the most active in the market.

Alongside his professional practice, Lucas has a distinguished academic career. He serves as a professor in the Master’s programmes in Labour Law at Universidad Austral and the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA), and is a guest lecturer in the Master’s in Intellectual Property and New Technologies at Universidad Austral. He is a member of the Labour Law Institute of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF) and frequently participates as a speaker in conferences, seminars, and media discussions on labour and employment trends.
