Mr. Sebastián E. Amoedo is a Partner at PASBBA Abogados, specialising in Labour and Employment Law. With over thirty years of experience, he advises national and multinational companies on individual and collective labour relations, human resources policies, and transnational employment matters. He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (1992).

Sebastián has extensive experience in litigation, negotiation, and strategic labour planning, assisting clients across industries such as manufacturing, services, healthcare, finance, and technology. He has represented Argentina before the International Association of Labour Lawyers (Ius Laboris) in Venice, Italy, and has served as an expert witness on Argentine labour law in the United States, handling complex cross-border employment disputes.

He is admitted to practice before the Bar Association of the Federal Capital (CPACF) and the Bar Association of San Isidro, and is recognised for his strategic insight, deep procedural knowledge, and leadership within PASBBA’s Labour and Employment practice.
