Mr. Ernesto Sanguinetti is Managing Partner at PASBBA Abogados and leads the firm’s Corporate and Strategic Advisory practice. With over twenty-five years of professional experience, he has developed a distinguished career advising companies on labour, corporate, and business law, combining deep legal knowledge with strategic management insight.

His professional background includes extensive advisory work for boards and management teams in national and multinational companies, with significant experience across sectors such as energy, metalworking, gastronomy, call centres, and insurance. He is recognised for his role in designing and executing legal and strategic planning processes, as well as leading corporate reorganisations and business transformation projects.

Ernesto serves as Legal Advisor to the Argentine Chamber of Electronic, Electromechanical and Lighting Industries (CADIEEL), where he is responsible for the Labour Relations Committee, and acts as a parity representative before the Argentine Industrial Union of Metallurgical Companies (ADIMRA).

Since PASBBA’s establishment, he has been instrumental in consolidating the firm’s corporate and transactional practice, expanding its capabilities in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and cross-border transactions. Under his leadership, the firm has achieved sustained growth and strengthened its multidisciplinary structure. He dedicates most of his professional activity to strategic corporate counsel and international business operations, with a focus on corporate governance, organisational development, and complex negotiations.
